What an extraordinary dessert! Pink is just a delicious color and, if real, would taste wonderful. Keep up the good work. You certainly are creative. All our love, Grandma Fancy and Grandpa John.,

Keegan, I'm so happy I get to see your artwork! You are doing a wonderful job! I can't decide if my favorite is this one, or "The Tree of Life". Both are beautiful and an amazing use of color and composition. Keep up the great work! Love and laughter always,

Your drawing is so perfect about our weather up here in New Hampshire. It is soooo very cold and freezing and your picture makes it look just the way we feel. Thank you for doing such a beautiful night! Love you. Grandma Fancy and Grandpa John

Hi Keegan - this is, by far, your best and most clever piece of work. A lot of variety, which Grandma Fancy loves to see, as a fellow artist.

Keegan, I look forward to viewing your weekly artwork. You have learned so much about colors and lines and painting techniques already this year and it's a real treat to see how talented you are. This seascape is my most favorite, I love how the colors change as you near the horizon and the water seems to be moving right across the page.

This is the best!! The waves look real and like they are moving. Fortunately the sail boat is on the smooth part of the water. Wonderful movement!

Hi Keegan - Grandma Fancy and Grandpa John loved this new piece of artwork. The colors and shapes are wonderful. We are not sure what the theme of the picture might be, and at first we thought the mountains in the background might be some kind of ghosts. That would be scary, though, and we decided that you were not trying to scare people, but instead provide something really interesting. You definitely succeeded in doing that, and thank you for creating something so beautiful and unusual. Keep up the great work! Love from both of us!

Keegan, I think this rocket will go all the way to Mars. I'm so glad you see how you can turn a mistake into something good. Mistakes are not bad. With your imagination you can turn them into something interesting. I love all the background detail. You are an artist! Aunt Carol uses the same book with her art students. Keep up the good work. Love, Gramma Patty

Keegan I love the monochromatic green colors you used in your portrait and the line pattern in your background. Your eyes and smile show how happy you are in first grade. Fantastic!

Wonderful picture! Your selection of different shades of green adds interest to your self portrait. Instead of having your figure stand alone in front of a blank wall, you added interest by creating a pattern of parallel lines in the background. Excellent! We love your work and YOU!
