The robot you drew when you were in kindergarten is still my favorite! You included so much detail on it! I have it framed and on display in my bedroom.

You’ve always been a great artist, James. I still have some of your earlier works that are framed.

You will have to explain how animation works, James. Good job!

I would be too afraid to enter this house with all of the spooky creatures inside! Good job!

I spent quite a while trying to decide which piece of your art I wanted to comment on. Finally, I chose "the pink pig". It seems this is a piece of pottery and is very well done. The left ear is very well done, right down to the way their ears curl under. Also, the snout is very nicely done too. What did you use to make the indentations for the nostrils? My son, Chris, did a pottery pig when he was in 7th grade. Grandpa and Mimi's former neighbor helped and guided him through the process. You'll have to ask them to tell you about him (Chris and the neighbor). I still have it on my nightstand and use it to keep one of my pill bottles in it that contains the first pill I must take in the morning. Do you use your pig for anything special? It was wonderful to see your works of art. There is a lot of color and excitement in several of your sketches. Do you give names to any of your pieces of work? If you don't, it might be fun to do that to some of your favorites. I am excited to be in your fan club and look forward to seeing new additions to your gallery.

James, PopPop and I love your monster! Some of his features remind us of a hammerhead shark! Creepy!
