Skyler, Oh, boy-someone seems to be confused in this art work. The pumpkins are around the Christmas tree. They look kind of hungry . Are they going to eat the cookies that were left out for Santa?

Skyler, We wish had looked at this work of art while we were visiting so we could have asked about it. You were being pretty clever telling the story with your “ hour earlier” and “1/4 of an hour” timeframes. We can’t wait for the next installment to see what happens next!

I am so interested in learning more about your story that you are drawing Skyler. You are showing lots of details and creativity and I am anxious to know what happens to your bird. Does it have a name? I like the red toadstool. I love you.

Love the way you colored the water Skyler. Does this indicate the ocean has different temperature layers?

Great job, Skyler on the family portrait! I was just thinking recently that I had not seen any of your art work and was wondering if they were posting them on-line this year. And, next thing you know- a picture shows up!

Skyler, I sure wish I was swimming with you and this whale of yours. You know me, I really like blue. The various shades you used to color your animal really works together to make it an attractive are creation. Love you, Mama oxo

Skyler, Great job on this art project. Having worked in schools Peggy and I are very aware of how valuable it is to compare changes in abilities over time. And, if you compare the quality of this portrait to the qualities of last years “headshot” the results are amazing. You are definitely doing a great job and cont to make great progress. You should be proud of your work! -- Les And Peggy

Skyler, What a great job on your cityscape. You must have worked on it very hard for a long time! So many buildings, and people, and fish in the water, and things in the sky! I tried to read the labels on some of the buildings but couldn’t read them after I enlarged the picture. Did I miss the Home Depot? Keep up the great work. I hope we can see this picture when we visit some time and we can talk about it then. -- Aunt Peggy and Grunkle Les

Skyler, Really enjoyed your art project using tree leaves. You did a great job of getting complete images of the leaves and a nic3 sel3ctiin of leaves. Have a great summer! Before you know it there will be new leaves on the ground and it will be time to go back to school. -- Grunkle Les

Skyler, We were very impressed to see your latest art project. Once again, you have done a super job using such rich, vibrant colors. You shaded your colors on both the pumpkin and the leaves. Proportions are great. Love the light touch with the white cob webs covering the top of the drawing. Great job! -- Grunkle Les and Aunt Peggy

WOW, Skyler! Very impressive! Love all of the strong colors. But I must say that Peggy jumped across the room just seeing your picture of the mice. Reminds of us of a few Halloween’s ago when we all dressed up like chefs from the movie, “Ratatouille.” -- Grunkle Les
