Brayden, can see you drew a great inspiration from your trip to Arizona. Grandpa and I love how you used cactus in this medium. Thank you for teaching me a new art form by viewing your project. Hope you decide to continue your art exploration into your freshman-senior years in high school. Grandpa and I have truly enjoyed following and viewing all your art projects since kindergarten.

Wow Brayden! That charcoal portrait is amazing! Can just imagine the time it took to do it. Your shading came out just right. Great detail too. Grandma J

Brayden, that is quite an intricate pattern you have created. Kind of a fun project mixing paints to create different colorations and it really stands out against the darker background color.

Wow Brayden, that looks good enough to eat! Great job on your shading technique. (Hmmm, how did I guess you would do an ice cream cone?)

Hi Brayden I can't get over how awesome this shoe looks. Your detail of the design is exceptional. The laces have perfect crosses the Nike Logo and even the shaded grey showing the tag on the inside back of the shoe. What an AMAZING artist you have become. I look forward to seeing your future drawings. Great job Brayden!!! So proud of you!!!

Brayden, I do like your sneaker drawing with the shading. As shading is an important part of giving depth to a drawing vs just a color. Looking forward to seeing more of your art work in your final year.

Brayden, This is the most peaceful painting, makes me think of the long awaited Spring. Art should be inspiring and you have certainly succeeded. Love the coloring, the wispy clouds and even the shadows. Great job!

Well Mr B, that is quite the character. Squidward J. Q. Tentacles. Had to look that one up. Guess he was a character on SpongeBob SquarePants. You did a great rendition of that guy. Love the eyes and the facial expression too!
Posted 2 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, Fantastic! You did a great job with all the layering to figure out different skin tones. If I do say… he is quite a handsome guy!
Posted 2 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, I see you are having all kinds of fun with Photoshop. The Shrek faces run the gamut of expressions from mean to funny. Then you see the donkey face and just have to smile. Love how you did it with all the faces just popping on the page.
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma J

Well Brayden, that is quite an interesting project. Learning a new skill set like photoshop must have been a lot of fun combining all the different elements.
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden Just LOVE your Logo! Very modern in design. It absolutely flows over the page. Also like the colors you chose for this project. So…what business will you use this logo for?
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden This is incredible. I cannot get over all the details you put into this. The skin around the eyes looks just like a dragon. The colors of the eye and all the reflections as well.Great job!!!
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma P

Brayden, what a great closeup of that beautiful flower. A nice contrast to the bright green leaf with the white and pink little flowers.
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, That is exactly what I saw, the eye of a dragon. Think he was peeking through a hole in a tree where you were hiding! Colors are so cool.
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, it’s the one eyed Taco King! Like the yellow hat it sure gives it some flair!
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, I find that a very interesting piece. It sort of captures the imagination and makes one think of many different things. Kind of see a flying saucer with plumes of fire coming out the back and shouting HI to the universe!
Posted 3 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, wow face really does look like you! I really like all the details you put into the painting/drawing. Lucky number 7, skateboard and even the basketball. Love the proportions of the face, right on! Great job.

Brayden Looks like that sloth will certainly be a slow mover. He has the most interesting facial expression too. Great job! Grandma J
Posted 4 years ago by Grandma J

Hi Brayden Well, I think you have seriously outdone yourself. This little slothy guy is so so cute. I can't tell if this is a drawing or if you made it from clay or something like that. He is just so adorable with those little eyes and nose. Nice job Brayden so proud of you.:)

Hi Brayden, This has to be one of my most favorite drawings you have created. It is so clever how you made the fox hidden. You have to look closely to see what it even is. You really disguised "Foxy" well with all of the hundreds of lines. Flowers have nice unique designs with bold colors. Love it Brayden, keep up the good work Nice job:)
Posted 5 years ago by Grandma P

Brayden. Love this Fox! Who knew you could make a Fox with just little short lines. The flowers reminds me of our garden. Great coloration.
Posted 5 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, you collected a whole bunch in that jar! Very real looking. I especially like the caterpiller climbing on the side and wonder if it will be a Monarch Butterfly! But they all better steer clear of that spider web!
Posted 5 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, your art just keeps getting better. I really like the mosaic on the pot and even the cacti’s flowers. Can actually tell that the sun is rising. Great job. Grandma J

Hi Brayden, I want you to know I LOVE this drawing. Do you know why? 1.) It's so creative 2.) I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE bright colors. You used all of my favorite bright colors in your drawing, and your title of the drawing describes it best "Bright Colors". When I look at the drawing, it makes me so happy, and it even makes me happier knowing you drew it. NICE JOB!
Posted 5 years ago by Grandma Sherri

Brayden, I do like your bright colors. Glad to see more of your artwork. Yes, some art can be done quickly but other art can take a very long time, perhaps even years. Grandpa and I very much enjoy seeing your art pieces.

Well there Brayden... Interesting... Wondering if you made the opening of your piggy bank pretty big so you could borrow a few coins now and then? Did you make the play dough yourself?
Posted 6 years ago by Grandma J

Nice to see your tree with leaves. The caution tape around it? Is that to protect the wishes attached to the tree? If you were to pick a wish from this tree, what would your wish be? Love Grandma J
Posted 6 years ago by Grandma J

Brayden, That is a very well drawn tree. Love all the branches you have added as well as grass at the bottom of the trunk. Good job!

Hi Artist Brayden, I did not know who the artist Paul Klee was either. Your drawing looks just like his. I love the colors you used for the border and then blended them together in the center of the drawing. It looks AMAZING! You are so talented. Keep up the good work.
