I like what you drew. This has an awesome effect. I like the curved heartlines on top of the straight lines. And then you have a fading effect going toward the left. I want to stare at it to see if it changes more!! :-)

Your drawing reminds me of a warm and happy day. Seeing your sun on the horizon and the colors in the sky makes me smile. Also, it makes me look forward to a great restful night, as the stars fill the night sky.

This picture, I must say, is a new favorite of mine. Totally love the dreamy watercolor effect. I’m wondering if you use watercolor pencils. I can tell you used different art techniques extremely well in this. Just like a musical tune all the elements come together to make a great song. Wow, this is great! Your picture draws me into the scene and I want to walk into this picture and stroll by the homes that are warm with the brightness of the color. Staring at this I can feel the coolness of the dark blue night air surrounding everything. I can almost imagine hearing the night sounds softly in the distance where crickets and owls sing. The layered art piece you made here, I like very much. The mittens are dotted with snowy white, which makes the mitten pattern underneath look fantastic! I wish I could really wear a pair of mittens with that pattern on a cold winter day! Great design! -- Sharon

Hi Luke - This drawing you did is one of my favorites. I can see the strong and purposeful strokes of brown color you did creates a mighty tree trunk that seem to sing out a song. A song that says, "I am here and I am strong! Whatever weather may come my way I am here to stay!" The way you placed the leafy top on the tree is great, because the red also makes me feel the strength that is there. Those are just a few of the reasons why I LOVE IT!!
