Wow Stella, this is so impressive. I love the texture on the squirrel and stumps. Good use of simple perspective, with the stumps that are furthest away seeming smaller and higher up on the picture plane. Nice contrast of color for the sky and b&w for foreground. Is this a comment on how we are ruining nature? Love you! Mom

Stella, The detail in the animals, the variety of trees, and the pencil-strokes in the coloring are wonderful. I like how the fox is so focused on something outside the diorama, and he is unaware of the bunny behind him. Mom

I love how when you first think of the title it is just "Red," but when you see the reason it was named that, it's so much more. I also love all the swirls.
