I think I can see your use of wet-on-wet technique on the table, but there isn't a lighter value around the flame. I need you to focus and slow down in art class. When you were painting your shapes you created even more shapes where you hadn't even drawn dividers. The picture is beautiful even if you didn't exactly following directions.
