Oh my Kaitlyn you are doing some fabulous work as always. This landscape just makes me want to walk in those beautiful red flowers first and then I want to take a stroll up that winding road and visit the people who live in that charming cottage. When I finish my visit I want to continue on the road to investigate that pretty forest and while up there look down on the field of flowers. So you made my eye travel all over that psinting and take in every tidbit of that beauty. Papa and I do enjoy seeing you accomplishments. Painting like this at only 10 years old!!!! Kudos to your art teacher!! Love and applause, Nana and Papa

Kaitlyn we couldn't help but smile at this picture you created. I can feel how much you were smiling too while you were working on it. It is just such a happy picture with the rainbow as the background, the purple hair (you would really like to have purple hair I am sure of that!), the cute little hat on that purple hair, that beautiful cane! But what made us smile the most were the questions on your face. You will never give up asking questions because you are curious and what a happy place to be! You made our day with this picture Kaitlyn and we than you for that!!! Nana and Papa

Kaitlyn, this is such an exciting painting with so much energy displayed! I love the colors you chose and how you made them "pop" right off that paper with the intense black letters and the restful gray. What a fun idea to use the letters of your name too to create places for the eye to go around your creation here. I can't wait for you to show me how I can learn to do this with you!! What fun that will be!!! You surely have a gift Kaitlyn! Keep up the good work!! Nana and Papa

Hi Kaitlyn :-). You did a great job on your guitar artwork! Your guitar is beautiful. It reminds me of a guitar I saw in a famous painting by a famous artist named Picasso. He named his picture "The Old Guitarist". Here is something that he once said about art: "Painting is a blind man's profession. He paints not what he sees, but what he feels, what he tells himself about what he has seen." - Pablo Picasso. Kaitlyn, keep up the good work.
