Dear Joseph - somehow we missed the email that we usually get to let us know that your work has been posted on line, so when we saw this on the Artsonia website we were especially delighted to find it. We have to say that your art work is nothing less than amazing. You show great imagination, use of color and technique. Most of all, and what we are proudest of, is that your art shows such hard work on your part. Congratulations on another great work of art - we can hardly wait to see your next one!! Dear Joseph - well, you have done it again!! We absolutely love this ceramic miniature house that you have created. You have accomplished something very hard to do - paying close attention to detail while at the same time still remaining imaginative and creative. Well done!! We were thinking - if you made this house just a bit bigger, perhaps Cleo could sleep in it when she stays with you and Henry?! Keep up the great work, Joseph - we very much enjoy seeing your artwork!! Love you very much, Grandpa & MoMa

Dear Joseph - this is incredible!!! What a great puppet you have made!!! Does he or she have a name?? If not, may we suggest "Hortense"? ?? We are assuming that that is your arm on the left holding up your puppet ... which leads to a question - do you have your puppet at home? If so, we are looking forward to meeting Hortense and perhaps even to having a little conversation with her. We always look forward to your art work Joseph. Keep up the good work! We love you!! Dear Joseph - what a wonderful work of art you have made! And we absolutely love the subject of your painting - the beginning of the African art known as Ndebele house paintings. When we saw what you had painted, we looked this up and learned that the Ndebele tribe originally lived in grass huts but they began using mud-walled houses in the mid-18th century when these symbols begin to be created on their houses and walls. You have once again worked very hard and done a great job. Keep it up - we love seeing your art work!! Love, Grandpa and MoMa.

Keep up the great work, Joseph!! Love, Grandpa & MoMa.

Dear Joseph - we wanted to let you know how much we are continuing to enjoy your artwork. Your woven amulet is beautifully done. We love the bright colors and the warmth of the materials that you used. Grandpa also especially likes your decision to include the colors green, white and red - green because it is Grandpa's favorite color and green, white and red because together they are the colors of the Italian flag!! We hope you continue to enjoy creating art and we look forward to seeing your next work. Lots of love, Grandpa & MoMa

Dear Joseph - all we can say about your latest artwork is WOW!! This is such an interesting work of art. The colors that you have chosen are amazing and the various shapes that you included are intriguing. If we didn't know better we would have thought that Pablo Picasso himself created this work. But for us your art is even better than Picasso's because it shows how much you enjoy doing art and how hard you work at it. Great job - keep it up!! Love you lots.

Hi Joseph, The patterns you created on this mask are very interesting. The lines that are close together look dark and the ones that are more spaced out look lighter, which give the whole mask a very intricate look. The pointy ears remind me of Chessy, so I think this mask looks like a cat. Love you, MoMa

Dear Joseph - what an outstanding interpretation of "Vitruvian Man" you have drawn!! As your teacher has told you, the original drawing was made by the great Italian artist, Leonardo Da Vinci, but you have given us a very modern and imaginative version to enjoy.
