Wow, Tyson! I love your map! You have given such a good description of what traveling feels like...miles and miles of road with a beautiful town awaiting your visit! You have given a lot of information with the mile markers from all directions leading to a very special place. Great job!

What am amazing winter scene you have created! Great job!! You even used colors that give it the feeling of cold weather. But what is most impressive is the way you produced the reflections of the ice on the frozen pond... it looks so real! You have followed the teacher’s instructions, but like the good artist you are, you have made this piece in your own style—-just beautiful!! So very proud of you, Tyson, and I love you so very much!

This is such a fun piece, Tyson! You have created a colorful rooster who is proud of his beautiful feathered tail. I love the extra dimension of having the tail placed outside the border of the page and has added another layer of color and texture to the art. Great job!! I ordered an art apron with this design to wear in my class when I paint--I am so proud of you!

Tyson, this is such a creative piece! It says "Summertime at the Beach" and your perspective is so unique! I love that your "guy" is smiling and soaking up the sun while engaging the viewer. So proud of your ability to tell a story with your art! Great job!!!

I love this perspective. I kept thinking it needed to be turned 90 degrees, but then I realized that he had drawn this as if he was standing at the feet of the sunbather....water on the right, sand on the left. I love that the sunbather has a smile on his face and is enjoying his beach experience. This has so much character and detail for a 6 year old. Great job, Tyson! Love you!!

What a great introduction to printmaking for these kindergarten students. The process and the tools will help them grow in their art and appreciate the work of others when they recognize another artist's creation.

I was very impressed to learn that kindegarten students are learning about the various ways art can be used to express ideas and how objects can be presented in so many ways. Georgia O'Keefe's art is an amazing examples of how one object can consume the canvas with movement and details in nature. Putting the obect front and center show the students how to make an object important and that natural objects do not have to be presented in the natural size. Also, the large object can allow colors to be seen more clearly and shapes can be utilized in an artistic way. Kudos to the art teacher who os exposing young minds to the variations and importance of art.

I love this little bumblebee....the 3-D idea makes it a fun piece and the materials used to creat it are perfect. The expression with the close-set eyes give the little bee a personality and the position of the wings truly puts it "in flight". I ordered this piece on the large mugs, but would love to have the oroginal piece to frame.

I love the way he has offset the layers of the tree...shows how nature doesn't conform to perfect shapes. Also, by leaving a separation between the bottom two sections, it produces the look of garland on the tree. I really love the way the balls are arranged to allow the eye of the viewer to travel throughout the composition.
