The photo is well taken, almost looks like it’s from a horror movie, the lighting is great.

Wow! You accomplished everything you set out to do with this photo. You were so knowledgeable about photography. What a privilege for me to be your grandmother. Keep up the good work.

When I first looked at this photo, I really did think that the person being photographed really did have a mask or headgear on!
Posted 1 year ago by Mark (Father)
I guess this photo shows the lengths that a photographer needs to go to, in order to get the right shot.
Posted 1 year ago by Mark (Father)
This is a bit spooky. How deep was the puddle?
Posted 1 year ago by Mark (Father)
Cool photo. Thank you for writing out the explanations about how you took the photos and edited them, and why. I think you’re right that this looks like it could be a real car, and that the colors pop. This one is my favorite.
Posted 1 year ago by Mark (Father)
I agree with you that the naturally occurring colors on this disc are really cool!
Posted 1 year ago by Mark (Father)
Mason, I’m glad that I get to see the logo that you told me you were making. It’s also good to see what you wrote about the explanation for what it means. I’m glad that you are getting the opportunity to learn about things like this.

You really captured the inside of the marble.
Posted 3 years ago by Jamaw
You are very talented. I guess I don’t get to see your artistic talent too much, because you don’t tend to make much art at home.

Harry is all dressed up and ready to play a fast game of quititch. Good job.

I can’t wait to see this artwork in person. Since it’s almost the end of the year, so I won’t have to wait very long! I know that these Collographs all seemed to look better on paper than they did on the computer.

I’m really excited, because this is the first piece of your art that I was actually able to load into Artsonia! I really like you perspective painting.

Very eye catching design. Reminds me of an open door of a circus tent. All the lines going into the tent make me want to go inside to see the show.

Mason, this is pretty cool. After I volunteered in your classroom, I went to help Mrs Pituch with Artsonia. When I got there, I worked on posting some of these circle weavings for your classmates - but I was a little disappointed because another volunteer had already posted yours! :( But at least I get to see it now online! It reminds me of either a boat with a pink hull and black sail, or else a crazy face with wavy blue hair and a purple mustache! What do you see in it?
-- Daddy

I like when your artwork makes me look up new artists to learn. I just got done reading about Renouf because of this painting. Good job, buddy!

Mason, I’m really impressed by your cityscape. I like how it is multi-dimensional and uses different colors that all tie together. I also like the detail of the airplane flying across the night sky.

This reminds me of the aquariums that we visited. The green fish looks a little like the small mouth bass you caught with pops this summer. Do you remember the teeny tiny starfish at the smithsonian? I hope one day we can go snorkeling in the BVI and we can see all of the beautiful fish and coral reefs together!
-- Momma

Mason, I think that the thing I like best about this artwork is that the fish seem to be swimming right off the page toward us!

Mason, I really like your cupcake house. It is very creative. Maybe you will be a famous architect one day. Your building reminds me a bit of the Petronas Towers and the Jin Mao Tower. Did you know that famous architects take inspiration from the things around them, such as geometric shapes (and even cupcakes)?

I like the color palete of the sky and ground contrasting with the leaves. It also reminds me of you trying to catch the leaves as they fall from the tree. The top leaf is suspended in the air waiting for you to catch it!

Mason some of your falling leaves remind me of an eagle, an apple, and a seashell or a sailboat. No matter what, I think your art is great and I hope that you keep up the good work and creativity.

It reminds me of a roller coaster or a marble run game.

This young artist shows a great deal of promise as a painter of yachting Impressionism. His "Blue Sailboat at Night" shows influences from Winslow Homer, Paul Gauguin, and Paul Klee, with an homage to Van Gogh's "Starry Night."
