Wow! Cool details! You made the fingers look like they are ready to grab something! I bet these are your fingers ready to grab another oreo to dunk in milk!

I love this cheetah! It is one of the coolest pictures you have drawn! I like the face too. I can tell you took your time. You can use shading and pencil lines to show which way the fur is going or moving in the wind. That's what I like about shading. You can make animals look realist. How could you have done a better job with the fur on the body? How could you make it more realistic using lines and shading? Do you notice that all your lines are almost scribbled going one direction? Does Blaze's fur go in one direction? I cannot wait for you to learn more and continue to improve! This is awesome! Can't wait for you to bring it home.

I am glad you are learning to shade. It was my favorite thing to do in art. I really liked charcoal drawing and I'm glad you are learning how to do this too. It is one of the best art you have done because the object looks like it has dimension instead of being flat.

Being creative and learning about art can help you in many ways with projects in school and someday at work. Keep listening to your teacher and learning techniques. It’s not a waste of time! And it can be fun!

It was fun to do this maze when you brought this home. This must have taken a lot of thinking and planning.

I like the stitching too. The T really looks like it is made from fabric! Love you!
