Wow, Sam, that is a beautiful scene. I would like to read more about your thoughts on it. Maybe you could send me an email! I love the sky and the birds. It would be a nice picture on a mug. Love, Mama -- Mama

Hi Sam, I don't remember this picture, but I am seeing it now. I love the way you show the reflection of the trees and the building in the water. Super! I also like the try-color scheme so there aren't any distractions from the main idea. I wish I had seen this sooner. Love, Grandmommy -- Ann

Sam, I have liked your series of paintings on the theme of trees, and I especially liked this most recent one. The interaction of the linear and arcing patterns and the vibrancy of the colors is eye-catching and pulls me in. I look forward to your next painting. -- Granddaddy

I am glad that Angry Tree isn't behind our building, Sam. It is a good Halloween picture, I think, and I am sure that lumberjack doesn't like being where he is right now. The details of the tree really prove its anger. What a great picture. Love, Mama -- Mama

I love both of your tree pictures, Sam The upside down tree is amazing with its roots showing and I like how you have the giant tree in the middle, even though that is not truly the focus of your work. The apple tree picture is great - so colorful and reminds me of fall and the beauty of the season. Really great work. -- Mama

We love seeing your artwork, Sam. It seems like a lot of your pictures have to do with hitting a target! Keep up the good work.' Love, Mama and RaRa -- Nancy

Sam, The archer's eye view of the arrow headed for the target reminded me of that very view when I used to shoot arrows at a target in my front yard. Thanks for the reminder of childhood fun. -- Granddaddy

Dear Sam, It is so neat to be able to see your artwork. The colors in the seashell picture are very vivid and you seem to be making bulls-eyes in all of your pictures. We are so glad you are able to share these with us. Love, Mama and RaRa -- Mama
