So much detail, Lyndsay! You must have spent hours creating this...someday you will have to tell me the story about your village. I love it!

I see chutes and ladders! Were we playing that game when you made this?

Snow Day! The colors in the winter sky's sunrise and sunset are magical.
- Susan (Mother) on February 12, 2020

The city seems dark and you need to look up to the sky to see color. Sometimes the many buildings block the sun. Do you like to look at the sky?
- Susan (Mother) on February 12, 2020

This looks like a springtime, stormy day! I can feel the cold, blustery wind from your choice of colors and swirls.
- Susan (Mother) on February 12, 2020

Ah, the beautiful colors of autumn on a sunny blue sky day. A beautiful canvas..

A tree and presents! We're all ready for Christmas!!
- Susan (Mother) on February 12, 2020

Are the cars flying in the future? Does electricity from lightning power the buildings? Very interesting, Lyndsay!!
- Susan (Mother) on February 12, 2020
That architecture looks very futuristic. The elevated road and unique buildings. I want to eat at the buffet! It looks good.
- Uncle Carl on February 12, 2020

Wow, Lyndsay, Love your car and it looks like Mom has had a fun shopping trip. Hope there is something for you in all those packages! You did a lot of details in this picture! Nice

Lyndsay, you are learning a lot of new artistic skills. Very nice picture and it reminds me of passing by a pond the other day and seeing the reflection of the beautiful foliage. Keep up the great work. You can use it on some of the art projects you create at home!
- Grandma Anne on October 16, 2019
I'm looking forward to another year of seeing your art! I love the complimentary colors, and the way you show the reflection in the water? Is this near your house, or just in your mind?

Love your new artwork, Lyndsay! It reminds me of the homes in Amsterdam (the Netherlands) that are built close together and narrow and tall. Wouldn't it be fun to have your bedroom window way up on the top floor to see all over the city? Or you could be Rapunzel. Let down your hair!

I love the contrast between the sky and the buildings, and the way you balance the space! I wonder what the shadows would look like there?
