Wow - I especially like this! Is it done with strips and squares of paper? I can't always tell from the photo, but the color combination is marvelous! I hope you keep doing art projects, because you are really getting good at it. Love you, Gaga

Hi, Emily. Artsonia has just posted your wonderful little house. I think it would be a great house for a little fairy! I also like your bright color choices of red, yellow, and orange. What a great expression on the face of your animal. At first I thought it was a turtle, then maybe not, but it is a really fun and colorful piece of modern art. I love art that lets people see different things in the painting. It could be a turtle or even a dinosaur bug - so much fun to guess and figure it out. And he has such a wonderful expression on his face. Good job! I am glad that you have an art teacher at Jenks Southeast that let's you be so creative! Love, Gaga.

Emily, sweetheart - I love your newest painting! In fact, Grandpa and I have loved looking at so many of your art works on Artsonia, and we love your wonderful use of color in your work. One of my favorites is the turtle - he is cute and funny and bright, and I really like the bright beautiful pinks and blues with the bright splash of yellow in your most recent painting. The still life vase with the flowers is very nice and the collages you have done with the whole class are great - especially the one with the hearts. I can see that you are learning to paint in the style of some famous artists. It is fun to do so many different art projects, and I can tell that you must enjoy your art classes!
