Somehow, I never commented on this artwork when it was new! I like very much the descriptive words, even the ones that are slightly generic (e.g. "not dead"). Interesting that Wicked is the most emphasized!

I like the series from the band room, and am curious what the final disposition of these photos will be, or if different variants of the individual images were explored.

Well, this is just delightful. :-)

Wow--what a great self portrait! Just think of how you've improved your sense of proportion since the self portrait you made several years ago! I'm glad you get the opportunity to practice so many enriching activities and explore your potential!

I like this card very much - I could really use someone to explore space for me. My main question is how you answer the phone - is it "Issnn-sess, may I help you?" I tried dialing the phone number on the card, but I didn't get through.

I like the logo! Can you share the fonts or font inspirations you used?

So, was this just a paused screen on CNN Student News? It looks very recognizable!

This is a delicious photo--I think you should make more sweet treat photos!

I really like this technique and how it turned out with multiple colors! It inspired me to want to experiment, too!

Wow! When was this photo of you taken? Seriously, neat foray into caricature AND watercolors!

I know stippling takes a lot of patience, but I feel your time was well-spent on this project. The effect was well-matched with your subject matter--cool result!

I like how you modified the coloring in targeted areas--even if I do think it's a little bit scary (not a fan of clowns!).

I am happy that you have learned how to use Photoshop--lots of fun activities ahead! Also, it's good that we figured out a workflow for taking and transferring pictures!

I am a big fan of this utilization of positive and negative space. I think this would look great framed on the wall in the room where it was created!

Ahh...clay cupcakes. More durable, but less edible, than the cake-y version. Glad to see that 12 straight hours of Spongebob in January has inspired this creation!
- Mom on February 26, 2020

I was hoping that the negative space would be filled with a pattern of eyes. This is okay, though.

Such a nice lifetime picture!!!!

What a neat grandson!!!! I didn't realize that he was WICKED!!!! I'm a little upset about him losing my nose and I'm sure he filled in the rest of his face right away. He's so talented!!!! What a great picture!!!! Thanks for sharing it!!!!

By the way, a lot of people don't remember that Leonardo da Vinci was a Lego figure.
- Jennifer (Mother) on December 16, 2019
Leonardo da Vinci was certainly one of the most influential artists from the Renaissance. I understand the age of the current artist may influence his level of comfort with The Vitruvian Man, but I hope with time he can be comforted by the intent of da Vinci in his work to explore symmetry, medicine, science, and beauty of the human form in a less fifth-grade-embarrassing way. The art reproductions look quite good to me!

I am impressed with the choice of colors. It makes me think of the cycle of the seasons going through the dark green of late summer, through the brown of the autumn, that will return through the pink to the light green of the spring again. It makes me happy!

I like the color combination. I am creating a petition to change the color of naturally occurring leaves to those colors with a goal of 15% conversion by 2025

I am a fan of op art, and I like this example of the genre. It does look nicely three-dimensional. For what it's worth, I don't notice any deficiency in the shading.

Well, MY favorite part of this is the smiley face on the sloth. He really sells the benefits of hanging around in a tree and taking one's time.

For some reason, I think that this little face sort of looks like me with the hair, too! I wonder if I am it!

The title is very imaginative. I can also relate to having trouble being creative on schedule, but it's a skill that can be practiced and improved...ask Brandon Sanderson.

Neat idea. I wish I could see this from both sides so I could tell what the pictures are!

Wow. This is really cool. I feel like taking a night time hike here to see the stars. Very cool!

These Northern Lights look cool--they make me want to plan a trip to a place where they can be seen. Also, if the artist likes blurring, he can probably just play more video games and on his tablet to maximize the effect full-time. :-)

Cool concept! What I did was take your image and break it down into its constituent images so I could see the two parts separately. Neat! I can't wait to see it in person so I can step from side to side to see the images!

This looks really awesome! I hope the artist will share his foil-working skills, so I can try to up my own game!

Wow--I'm glad the artist mentioned the shark! I was enjoying the very peaceful-looking fish in the foreground, swimming through gently waving ocean plants, and didn't really notice the shark in the background. However, the artist's comment revealed the shark, and brought a whole new level of interpretation to this piece. I'm still working through my emotions about this! Excellent work!

I like that despite it being MOSTLY symmetrical, MM defiantly aims his googly eye to one side in this image.

I love the perspective, like I'm looking at this snowman against the sky, up from the ground. I also like the warmth of the background against the chilly concept of a snowman. Very creative!

I like The White Day very much. I, like the artist, am shocked at the windiness of the day.

I love the result of this monochromatic project! The different shades of green combine in a very soothing way, while the diagonal lines lend a sense of movement, and the unpainted triangle gives a focus. Fabulous!

This Haunted House is awfully spooky! I'm glad there are so many stars--I am afraid if it were a cloudy night, it would have been TOO scary!

Great job, Isaac! I looked at some of Wassidly Kandinsky's work, and I think you captured his essence in your painting. Grandma and I are proud of you! GPJ
