Hi Miss Madison, I once was hiking in the bottom of a very tall canyon. The trail on the bottom was very, very narrow. When I looked up, the walls of the canyon were so tall. The only light the canyon trail had came from the top opening of these very tall and narrow walls. When I looked at your new pottery piece thar hike was the 1st thing I thought about. Thanks for bringing that old memory back to me. It was fun. I love this new project, and you, Grandmother -- Grandmother

Dearest granddaughter, I love seeing your artwork. One of the things I really love about this little bird is his long, tall legs and strong sturdy feet. He needs them to hold up his big body.
