This work explores the passion of the human heart, fighting against the cold blue of apathy in the top right corner. The directional lines, through the raw and almost childlike medium of finger painting represent the honesty and universality of this struggle. Fingerprints around the edge call to mind the myriad of people and tiny actions that press upon our lives.
