Nice use of textures to suggest landscape. And the shapes are very tree-like -- trees are kind of hard to draw well. Would you consider adding spots of color to a drawing like this, to increase the realistic appearance? -- Chris

I love how you used shading in this one. Not only does it give a really good 3-dimensional shape, it also gives the subject an "antique" look, like it has been used for a long time. And the use of white space around the top to give contour looks good too. -- Chris

You did a fantastic job drawing your knight. The way you used the rivet connecting the 3 metal sections allows the knight to have good movement of his elbow without adding more weight to his armor. The chainmail must have taken a long time to draw. -- Bill and Martha

You did an amazing job drawing the bananas and the shadow of your pumpkin. I have a photo of you on your first Halloween when your Mama sat you down in the pumpkin patch and you were very fascinated with the pumpkins. -- Bill and Martha

This drawing was very mysterious. We looked at it many times. The shape to the left of your signature looked like an onion root and since you told us it is an onion we see how your curved lines are like onions. -- Bill & Martha

You did great in overlapping the sand hills to give depth to your drawing. Also the shadow of the umbrella behind the umbrella’s pole is a good idea. We love your sand castle. Your Mom liked making sand castles in our sand tire in the back yard when she was young. -- Bill and Martha

We like this little bear. You did a great job creating his back feet. The direction of your pencil strokes around his feet is good and the values on his toes make them pop out to us. -- Bill and Martha
