This piece is very realistic. Using water colors to convey the sense of wind on the water and clouds is wonderful. The tonal shift of the green trees beautiful indication of where the sun is in the sky. Did you paint this from a picture? Did you sketch it out beforehand? The purples and indigo add a lot of mood to this piece.
