The apple and background is really nice. The I seems to rather blend into the background, and is somewhat hard to make out. I understand making it stand out. but maybe a little bit less, size, would do the picture better. Also, you made the font different colors, to me, this degrades from the unity, and dosn't look "pleasing", one color might be a little better here. Lastly, the picture is really fuzzy. Consider getting a bigger version of it, or maybe a new one altogether. It would look nice, but the fact that most of the backgroung, and picture is fuzzy, really does it harm. Nice job though, looks good, but might need refining

The face looks well done, but I agree that the texture takes away from the picture, and makes the character look like its not a person human. If you wanted to emphasize line, you could have made the lines bigger and bolder. The filter emphasizes color more. If you also kept the face one color, it would add more unity and, maybe more appeal. While the background is creative, and is in character, it draws attention away from the actual picture. Maybe consider turning the background one color, and keep the lines. Not bad.
