Is this "Georgie the Mermaid"?? Or, possibly Georgie the Little Mermaid? Her red hair is ravishing and her bikini is a lovely complimentary color to her tail. You know I love purple and green together. This dog series is so much fun and very creative!

This just makes me smile! I wonder where this doggie is going in his suit and tie. He actually could be Norman, on his way to work in a high-rise office building. The color of the shirt really pops next to the grey suit. He must be the CEO because he ha a very serious expression. Fun!

Well, Nella, you certainly did a very capable likeness of Munch's "The Scream". Am always interested in what direction you're given before starting your work. Were you given a visual choice of what to replicate, or had you seen this painting elsewhere? I'm now looking at your work along side of the original. Your color hues are perfect, the fence is angled correctly, and her face is spot on. Good for you! I think you used your new colored pencils and blended colors very well.
