Chunk and box.... is this another clay project you made? I must say and tell you what a wonderful, fantastic job you have done making the box. Does the top come off of the box? Can you put small items in it to keep them safe? I have always loved small boxes, the box you made is painted yellow, my favorite and beautiful blue another one of my favorite colors. All in all Jamie it is just the BEST box I have seen. Thank you my big boy.

This is a great 'spirit mask' I think it is wonderful and you did a super job creating it, to me it looks like it is made out of clay .....is it? Another great job completed by you, Jamie. Thank you.

Jamie, I love the colors you used drawing and coloring this great snowman. He is wearing my favorite color britches, and as you know 'Purple' is my all time favorite.... that covers his jacket and his tall hat... great picture. Keep improving as you grow older and remember I always love you 'to the moon and back'

Jamie, today 3.31.17 I received a notice from Artsonia telling me to view your artwork, I was very excited to look at your work. I must say to you that I am very proud of you and the work you doing, now being in 3rd grade. This ship is wonderful, very authentic looking I think... and ready to float away on the Atlantic Ocean heading back to where the Vikings lived in Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Thank you.

This is a very interesting work of art! I love the six pointed star. Do you know this star is called the Star of David and is the symbol of the Jewish people since ancient times? It is two triangles, as you know from your drawing. The first is a triangle with the point downward and the flat edge up. That triangle is sometimes called the Chalice. That's another name for a cup, and it is a symbol for the Feminine (women and girls). The other triangle drawn over the first is point upward. It is called the Blade and is a symbol of the Masculine (men and boys). Together, they represent the balance between men and women in this world.

Another terrific study of geometric shapes and color. I especially like how the triangle intersects with the large blue circle and the bottom four-sided figure. Very nice.

What an interesting study of form and color. Of course, you know my favorite is the circle in blues. I'm guessing your favorite part might be the triangle?

A Box?? Did you make this box? A box that has a top on it is very difficult to make, that is why I am asking. Your box is really spectacular!! Color choices are great, my favorites and also favorites of grandma peggy's. What color is the inside painted? Do you know what a box like that is called? A trinket box and it is used for collecting very special small items that are treasured by the person using the box. Trinket Boxes are always great gifts to give to friends and relatives, sometimes one could add some candy in the box prior to giving it to your friend. Jamie, you did an excellent job on this piece, keep up the good hard work. Now I have a suggestion for you to think about... an Artist always signs his work... you must start thinking of 'your original signature' and what it should look like. So when someone sees a piece of yours, tips it over, and they would confirm that they were right, they would find your 'Signature'. That would be priceless. Think about it, ask Mom or Dad to help you, if you want help, or do it all by your self. Keep me updated on what you have come up with. Love you, always

Oh my Jamie, this piece is wonderful, just looking at it I think it could be a bird house for a small bird with no family, because there would not be sufficient room for family, but the bird could always sit outside on the ledge to be with his friends talking and singing for them...OR ... I could see it used as a candle holder sitting on the table to lighten up a very special picture near it...... now my head is spinning to think of something else..... well, just how large is the piece? The colors are beautiful, and whatever it is used for it is most beautiful. A piece to be loved and liked very much, and count me in on that. Very good work, well done, excellent color, super job and keep up the good work. I love you.

Jamie, now these pieces give me questions...1. What are they made from? Clay, putty, just guessing. 2. What am I looking at? To me the piece on the left looks like a HEAD with eyes, nose, mouth with a hat or maybe a flower on the top of the head. Now, looking at the piece on the right, I will have to study it for a little while.... doing that I must compliment you on the color selections you have made here...I think they are great, with just a dab or bit of my favorite color (yellow) as an accent. PERFECT !!! Now I think I have studied it for a long time, but I must ask for your help here.... what I am coming up with, I'm not sure of at all, doesn't make sense to me... a rock fence around the yellow home, I am not sure if the white in the center is open space? If it is, could it be hung up on the wall using a piece of rope or some sort of tie up to keep it hanging. All in all, I really love both pieces, and would be the proudest Nan to be able to explain to my friends, exactly what the Artist had in his mind at the moment he made it. Thank you, again for this opportunity to view your Art Progress. You have done exceptionally well. Hugs

Jamie, I really like this action picture, it has two familiar players that seem to me are very equal in their game, I like that very much and it tells me that you have kindness to give and not the kind of boy to take advantage of a friend or enemy. My eye sure went to the RED area immediately, very good placing. Keep up the wonderful job you are doing in school, I am very proud of you always, so is oldjoe very proud of you, always. Love you always.

Jamie, your beautiful butterfly I truly believe is "THE BEST' I have seen. Awesome work and I am very proud of you. Your art projects have improved soooo much since we get to see them posted here by your Art Teacher, cudos to your special teacher. I do believe this beauty deserves to be framed, which I will do and hang it on my special wall. You have graduated from the refrigerator door to hanging on the Special Wall. Keep up the excellent work you make me so PROUD of you. Thank you, honey. I love you.

Cool box! You know I especially like the blue. The red goes good with the blue, because red is a color of passion and it is a good contrast to the more calming feel of blue.

How big is this piece? It looks like it might be a mask, if it's that big. Very interesting! Love the colors, Jamie!

Whoa! This is a really action-packed art work! Is that two people doing battle? I especially like the use of red in one place. It really draws attention to it. Nice work, Jamie!
