Marvelous optical illusion flag art! It feels like it’s sucking into a tunnel.

WOW Forest; I love this! The contrast of the rich color and the stark line drawing is great.

Wow, I love the fiery color juxtaposed with the black and white. I don’t know why, but it reminded me of the Mount Saint Helens explosion and how the molten lava was exploding into the air all red and orange, but the mountainsides and the surrounding areas were all covered in grey ash. Very dynamic!

I love the colors and the use of negative space with the black squares. The squares and the colors appear to keep changing their placement in the foreground and background. Very cool optical illusion.

I love these brilliant colors and the tropical fish feeling of this piece, but it also made think of Swedish fish and gummy bears. I’m not sure why I thought of gummy candies, but I did. It’s funny how one artwork can inspire such different thoughts.

I love the paper quilling part of the artwork. It adds a lot of depth to the emoji face. The expression of the emoji is kind of blank, neither happy nor sad. I wonder which emotion the emoji is trying to convey? The colors are vibrant and work well together.

This is very interesting and mysterious. I like your use of color to indicate form and of black lines to then flaxen the composition back to 2 dimensions

I didn't see this one until just today. Very pop art inspired! Reminds me of 1960's concert posters and record album sleeves.

I love the way the wavy color stripes makes it look like the fingers of the hand are three dimensional. It looks like a hand under a shirt or blanket!

Very reminiscent of Keith Haring's early work. I used to see his drawings in the Village Voice magazine and this took me back in time. Love that Forest is exploring abstract modern artists.

Forest, your Mondrian-like composition is excellent. The muse of Black makes the other colors glow like a stained glass window. Very cool!
