Great use of color!

Maya, Grandma Lucy and I are amazed at the beautiful fish bowl with a neat looking castle inside with a flag flying on top! The fish living in it looks very happy, and he should be! We would be happy to live in such a beautiful castle too, but only if it is not underwater! It was very clever of you to include some water plants to make it even more realistic. We are proud of the drawings you have done so far, and so are Mommies Mandy and Kay, and everyone else who have seen your artwork. We hope you are proud of them too! Hello Maya! Grandma Lucy and I love your drawing of a colorful flower pot, with beautiful flowers in it too! We can tell you keep the flowers well watered. We will be going shopping at flower shops and nurseries to see if we can find a flower pot just like the one in your drawing. If we can't find one, maybe you could sell us your drawing. Oh my, oh my, oh Maya! Grandpa George and Grandma Lucy are very impressed by your latest two works of art! We are glad you are still working at it. The dog and cat artwork is very cute and well done! There is a lot of attention to detail, such as the ball of yarn and the window with the birds flying by, and the furniture in the room. We like the colors you chose too. We are guessing that it was Daisy and Dasher that posed for this drawing. The tall birds certainly are tall and also very skinny! You have such a wonderful imagination! Hello Maya! Grandma Lucy and I were really frightened at first when we saw the Lion you drew with all those teeth! Then we remembered that it was just a drawing and couldn't really do us harm. But he sure is scary! And, he is very beautiful too with the colors you chose. You are doing very well choosing colors that blend well with each other. Hi Maya! Grandma Lucy and I love the snowman you drew. He looks scarier than the snowmen in "The Nightmare before Christmas"! You also did a nice job choosing the colors for the snowman. They all blend together nicely, and the blue sky behind the snowman makes him even more visible! Grandma Lucy noticed you put a scarf on the snowman too. That is very considerate of you to help keep him warm, but not too warm and cause him to melt! We are looking forward to seeing your next artwork masterpiece! Maya, we are sorry it took so long to comment on your artwork. We will try to do better in the future, so we hope you will continue. So far we have been very excited with what you have done. They are all very colorful and we like your choice of colors. It is very difficult to chose a favorite, but if we had to, it would be between the owl, the snowman and the penguin. Since we enjoy watching the penguins at the zoo, we chose the penguin as our favorite!
