This happy sun-face shall live as a magnet on our fridge! The bright colors make me happy...like you...and will wake up my sleepy eyes each morning:)

The cup and saucer design is so unique, I'd like a set just like this:) The steamy hot cocoa with marshmallows...looks so good I can almost taste it!! We'll have the outside fireplace ready for marshmallow toasting when you visit! Great work, Adelyn!!

Penguin has improved a little from 1st grade. Strong definition of shape. Snowflakes help breakup and lighten strong background. Background aurora borealis is genius!

This one is awesome! Great use of snow on branches to show depth of field. Like how the reddish color of the birds works against the blue sky background. Birds have a stoic presence.

Adelyn what a great artist you are....I had a hard time choosing my favorite one but really liked the snowman especially with the added colors all around him.

I like to look at this one upside down. That way it looks like there is a flower pot full of pink budding flowers in a pot. It has a really nice light source reflecting off the pot and white hi-lights on the pink flower petals. My second favorite is the orange-brown one. Using the dark shading and yellow hi-lights really gives it depth and interest. Really nice work.

I think this is what Grandpa Rick would look like in the morning if he was a rabbit. - Grandpa Rick

Ok this is one of my favorites! You used heart shapes instead of flower shapes. This is a really novel idea. Also like the picket fence in the foreground. The border complements without distracting from the plearts - Grandpa Rick

Did you use the spirograph to do this one? It's very symmetrical. As an engineer, this is very exciting. If you sold this design I think it would make a very nice dinner plate design! - Grandpa Rick
