Diego, what a cool owl! I love the detail of the feathers, eyes, and lines on it's face. It also has a great sharp beak for catching and eating it's food. The owl's eyes are great for seeing at night. Great job, From Auntie Ricky and Auntie Nina.

This is Diego's white tailed deer picture. The deer is made from clay/puddy. He made this in art class to go along with his research project on the white tailed deer. I love the variety of trees he drew...expecially the white birch!

This is Knight Diego. In his right hand is a shield and in the left a sword. The black on the top of his head is armor. The green figure that Diego drew on the background is a dragon and the gray beside the dinosaur is a gravestone. The multi-colored spiral is a portal.

Diego says his monarch is cute because it has ducky wings. He explains that there are things under the butterfly that allow it to come off or be put back on. He used marker and crayon on orange paper to make his butterfly.

Diego explained that this is his self-portrait. I love how he made his brown eyes and didn't forget to add the pupils!
