Hi Jeremy, Your clowns are certainly busy. I hope the one with the balloons escapes! Wouldn't it be fun to fly away holding onto a bunch of colorful balloons, like Curious George? Love, Mommy

Hi Jeremy! I miss you, and David and Thomas. Your composition with 3 clowns is very interesting - I especially like the clown's umbrella and that you really captured the feeling of fire coming from the clown on the left. There is quite a bit going on in your picture, and I do have a couple of questions. What is the thing that looks either like a tree or a mushroom cloud, and what is the small object in the upper left coming down? If you have time, email me. Hope you are making your way through the last part of school - I know there's always alot of work. Love, Aunt Susan

Hi Buddy, It looks like you have been having fun with collage. The images of your pieces are a little hard to 'read' on the computer as some of the material is very light reflective - maybe I will get to see them in person. I think doing mixed media stuff is fun - that's probably why I like making valentines so much. Hope you are well and that school is going well. Love, Aunt Susan

Hi Jeremy, Wow. This is a beautiful work - very strong, really excellent composition, both in terms of the shapes and textures, and the color choices. When I look at it, not only do I get a sense of the peacefulness of the evening sky, (to me, lavender means evening), but also of the strength and character of the city. Anyone can learn to draw things to make them look realistic, but it takes an artist to express something about the character or mood of what he is drawing, and his own vision of his subject. Well done. Love, Aunt Susan P.S. I had fun looking back over your other works on this site - impossible to choose a favorite!

Hi Jeremy, I'm glad to see your vision of Chicago from Lake Michigan. The details on the buildings and their windows are very nice. It seems like it's my favorite time of day from the color of the sky to the west. Love, Mommy

Hi Jeremy, Hey buddy, I think I didn't get notices for some of your recent artwork. I don't remember seeing Barriletes, Sunflowers or the scarecrow landscape, let alone your new castle themed drawing. Or, then again it could be that I am just really, really, really losing my memory. Wow. What a lot of great stuff. I love the color palette you used in both barriletes and sunflowers, those hot oranges and beautiful turqoises and yellows really work off of each other, meaning they enhance and kind of vibrate with each other in a very pleasing way. Your eyes don't get tired of looking at them and keep finding new and interesting places to look. And, I love the way you depicted sunflowers in different states of openness. And, in both your scarecrow landscape and the castlescape there is a really interesting sensation of movement. I don't know what the line-with-turquoise-ovals is in the castle picture, but I love it - very nice use of line and movement. I hope you enjoyed makin

Your scarecrow landscape is really special. The dark mountains in the background give wonderful perspective to your work. I like all the details, including the patches on the scarecrows clothes and the vegetables the scarecrow is protecting.

Dear Jeremy, I really like how you put all the little, detailed vegetables. I also like how you got the scarecrow to look as if he was popping up and out of the page!

Hi Jeremy, That's an exciting picture you have made. Maybe I should hire you to create something for my bedroom wall that I repainted this autumn.

Hi Jeremy, That is a very nice winter tree you have done. I like the color combination, it looks like sunset or sunrise with the orange sky.

What a terrific picture! I loved the different mediums you used to create the different textures. So your talent ranges from music to artwork! Wouldn't it be wonderful to put music to this??

Hello Jeremy! Wow! your tree is really beautiful - we are all very impressed. Not only do you have talent, but I can tell you worked really hard on it (that's why they call it artwork and not artplay). I hope I can see it in person when we visit. Congratulations!
