Hi Katie, I like this!!! Usually I can find information about what your art teacher has talked to you about BEFORE you do the art..couldn’t find that about this piece. But it is sure different from any others and looks like it was fun to create. Must have wire in parts or glue..but you did a good job twisting it to make it look very interesting and to stay up on it’s own!! I couldn’t do as good a job as you have. Happy Halloween!!!????. Dear Katie, I am SO impressed with the house you drew..you have learned how to draw 3D so well. I STILL can't do that!! And all the words you put in the drawing are spelled right!!! You must have seen the HOLLYWOOD sign on tv to know that it is on the hilly area..and that there are also houses nearby. Quite the colorful house you created..and I even noticed an automobile in the picture! You put a lot of thought into your artwork. Thanks for sharing it with me. GREAT pyramid..need to call you "greatie Katie" for all the wonderful things you put in it..and I can't even see all of them on my ipad..hope I can see the artwork sometime when I visit..I liked the petting zoo and looked like you had a way to dive off the top into some water??very nice! Good to have a tv..and everyone needs a bathroom so that was a good thing to add. You had lots of ideas and detail..you must have listened hard as you studied about pyramids first. Dearest Katie, I LOVE this drawing of the first letter of your name..the different colors in the border and in the letter are the perfect touch all around the edge. I would never think of using the squiggly lines like you did. It reminds me of yarn! Your teacher has such a good idea in having you study something before you draw about it. That way you are learning about art as well as getting some ideas as you then create your own. I"m so glad to receive each new piece of art you make. You have a lost of imagination. Katie...that is a great picture. I love reading about how you learn and study what you will be drawing before you do it. You must listen very carefully because your art work always looks like just what the teacher was hoping to see. I wore the necklace you gave me to church last week and several people told me how pretty it looked, and it did! I wore a purple jacket and the necklace you had painted had a lot of purple in it so it matcbed the jacket so well. I know no one else had one like it!!!! Love you, Aunt Linda ????????????
