Rebekah, your ability to defy fundamental doctrines of what art is, by using less unity and pattern has been demonstrated by many famous artists throughout the ages. I think you demonstrated your ability by challenging the viewer to discover who you are and where your interests lie. You did this while maintaining visual appeal and I loved your use of color!
