This portrait is wonderful, Mabel! I recognized you immediately, even in the thumbnail size. And then, just to clinch it, when I clicked onto the enlarged version I could see Lemon. So, so cute !!! You should do a real graphic novel, my dear. I believe you have big talent.

Hi Mabel, This piece really pleases my eye. I think it is a lovely arrangement of shapes and colours. Papa and I were at the Art Museum last week to see the work of an artist named Picasso. He was a friend of Matisse and liked Matisse's work very much. Some pieces that Picasso did are in this style too. I am so glad that you enjoy your art experiences. Love, Nana

Papa says he loves this dog, Mabel. He looks to be a very happy dog. Nana is thinking he is a Royals fan! We really like looking at this painting. It makes us think he is just waiting to be told to "come" and he would zip right over to you, wagging his tail all the way.
