I really like this one. I hope you have time to do more drawings like this at home. :) When you get three more new pieces up I will buy the little circles for my necklace. :)

I love the sketch of the boot! First, it reminds me of happy hiking days and second it reminds me of the 1980's (late) when girls would dress in fancy skirts and tops and tights, but protest a bit and wear utility boots with the fru fru outfit. :) Most of all, the drawing is very well done -- realistic -- size on page nicely balanced -- detail great -- nothing like great drawings of every day things. -- RobynE

That's fantastic! If you are building a portfolio, art schools often look for good drawings of shoes, hands, faces and whole body portraits (drawn from life, not from photos), and bicycles. (They especially like bicycles, because the spokes are really hard to get right.) Keep it up! -- Katy
