Hi Grace, Plain and simple I love your Koi fish. We have some koi in our pond in the yard, and they inspire making art. Your background is interesting, too. Keep making art. Love, Aunt Elaine

Wow Grace!! Your painting really makes a very strong statement and is a very powerful image. I hope you are enjoying making art as it's a very satisfying pastime to have. If we don't see you soon, I'd like to invite you to the opening of a solo show of my prints in Jenkintown in the spring. Uncle Frank sends his best regards and love as do I. Aunt Elaine

Hi Grace, I love your version of Hokusai's The Great Wave. You are using paints, and you use them very effectively. I like that you added the colorful sky around Mount Fuji; it gives the piece warmth. Also the brown boat and Mt. Fuji seem to go well together in your rendition. I believe you might like learning printmaking, Hokusai's method, so you have some wonderful things to learn as you continue to explore art. Thanks for sharing your work with me. I'd love to see your work in person.

Hi Grace, Your rendition of Starry Night is very lovely. You can see the stars whirling and twinkling. The little village seems to enjoy it too. Uncle Frank and I would like to see more of your artwork in the future. Thanks for sharing. Aunt Elaine

Hi Grace, This is a very exact view of skyscrapers as seen from below. I like the black shading used . The image you created reminds me of how small I feel when I look up from the street at skyscrapers. Very nice rendition of this idea. Aunt Elaine

Hello Grace, Your image of the mother and child is delightful. There is a sweet smile on the mother's face and a nice reserve. too, as if she is pleased with herself. I like that you surrounded each figure with a halo of lights as if to dramatize them and the event. Also your colors fr the gown and the background are subdued but vibrant. Thanks for sharing. And keep up with your increasing art skills.

Hi Grace, What a special surprise to see the skull being used as a subject for artwork. The skull is starkly white but you used brilliant colors around it soften the crispness of the stark white. I loved it. I'm on vacation in Sicily now so I will sign off as its almost 11:00 and I have to go to bed. Aunt Elaine

Hi Grace, I really enjoyed your artwork. The colors seem to explode off the paper. I also love the sense of detail you have in the barn door, the side of the barn, and the silo. I love the naturalistic, crooked fence. Thanks for sharing your artwork with me. Maybe we'll get to see each other soon. Love, Aunt ELaine
