Hi Santos, I think this is my favorite art project yet! It has such a lot of detail on those “happy feet”!!! Are those athletic shoes Converse? Shouldn’t they be Pumas to go with those Nike socks?!? LOL! Love this one...Like you, it’s a keeper!

What a unique way to express yourself! It reminds me of a mariner’s compass...so exact the way you have placed all the points around the CD...you did a really great job. I love it!!! Way to go, Santos!

Hi Santos! You are really getting the idea of shading with watercolors! It looks like these jars and bottles were sitting next to a window on the left. Is that right? All the darker shades are on the right side of the bottles. I like the colors you used as well. They look cheery and happy! I hope you're having a great year in school...Mrs. Patete surely comes up with some terrific assignments for you. I really enjoy seeing your art...keep up the good work! Love, Grandma xoxo

Hi Santos! I don't know how I missed this beautiful picture of the picket fence and collage flowers!?! It reminds me of all the daisies and cosmos that peek over my deck fence up here in Michigan. You did a beautiful job on the colors. Do you love flowers as much as I do? Love you, Grandma

Dear Santos, This is the perfect picture which reminds me of looking at one of my favorite birds sitting outside my kitchen window! Your rendition has him all fluffed out to keep him warm during a snowstorm! Do you know that we have a very pale pink cardinal visiting our feeder this year? It is so unusual because the male birds (like yours) are a bright red and the females have a brown and tawny coloring. I can't tell whether this one is a male or female!?! The look on your cardinal's face is precious... like he is wondering where his next sunflower seed is coming from! Please thank Mrs Patete for sharing your artwork with me on Artsonia...she always has the greatest assignments for you and I love to see your work. It was terrific visiting you Friday And I hope to see you again soon. Love, Grandma Carole ??????xxxooo

What was the assignment for this piece of work? Mrs. P surely gives interesting topics for you to surprise us with! I think I can see your hand holding a glass ball that contains a pacman, a slice of pie and a bone...but you'll have to explain those wonderfully colorful insects that are looking into it!?! Help! I am sure you have a terrific story that goes with this drawing! Love you, Grandma xxxooo

Your perspective drawing is really good. I like the way you made the floor wider in the foreground and smaller as it went to the back of the room. Is your figure falling down? It looks like he lost his balance either because of the AK47 pointing at his head or because he hit his head on it as he walked past it! I don't see the Flying Tiger P40 Mustang picture on the wall! Mrs. P. sure has some good ideas for art class! Keep doing your best...I love to see all your work! Love, Grandma

Hi Santos! Your tree looks like it's all in bloom for Spring! Our trees are still in bud, but we have some snowdrops, crocuses and primroses poking through the snow...Love the colors you chose for the background as well. Love, Grandma Carole XXX000
