I am sorry you feel like your still life was ruined by the wax resist. If I had thought of it, I would have had you all take a photo of your original drawing first, before adding your patterns. Now I know. You did a nice job with the original drawing of the still life, and demonstrate and understanding of the wax resist technique.

Dear 6th Graders: Very nice work on your warm and cool designs. I think you all demonstrated that you know the warm colors and the cool colors. Can you see your warm colors popping out and the cool colors receding? Where does that effect work best and where does it not work at all? Why do you think?
