Kai, great job drawing the still life- you drew the trumpet and flute in particularly nice detail. Good understanding of the wax resist and of complementary colors. Good job!

Kai- nice observations of branching limb structure and sense of space developed from the smaller tree in the background.

Dear 6th Graders: Very nice work on your warm and cool designs. I think you all demonstrated that you know the warm colors and the cool colors. Can you see your warm colors popping out and the cool colors receding? Where does that effect work best and where does it not work at all? Why do you think?
