Missing artist statement, this was required, please complete. I love the black and white checkers because they contrast all the other vibrant complementary colors. Original still life was well drawn too, and it was a very challenging one- good job!

Dear 6th Graders: Very nice work on your warm and cool designs. I think you all demonstrated that you know the warm colors and the cool colors. Can you see your warm colors popping out and the cool colors receding? Where does that effect work best and where does it not work at all? Why do you think?
