I love the trumpet too. This was not an easy still life to draw, and you made some good observations. You also enlivened the background with color and patterns and demonstrated your understanding of complementary colors. Good job.

Dear 6th Graders: Very nice work on your warm and cool designs. I think you all demonstrated that you know the warm colors and the cool colors. Can you see your warm colors popping out and the cool colors receding? Where does that effect work best and where does it not work at all? Why do you think?
