Do not be discouraged when a piece does not come out as you expect it to. Although the clay may have gotten too wet and caused the piece to collapse, it turned out to be very interesting in shape.

The asymmetrical application of color and pattern as well as the texture give this piece interest that is often absent in a simple pinch pot.
