This reminds me of the early mornings when we walk to the bus stop together and we talk about the colors in the sky as the sun rises beyond the trees in our neighborhood. I love how we can talk about it and then some weeks later I'll see it in some artwork or drawing you've done. What I love about this artwork is that the tree captures your eyes right away, but then you get pulled in by the depth of the field. Every time I look at it, I see something new; to me, that's the hardest thing to capture with art. No one sees things quite like you, Bruce. That's the part of you that I hope you will always share...xoxo

Bruce, I love all of your artwork and have saved the drawings you made for me in class. This tree is my very favorite. The details are amazing! It is so YOU! You are so talented! (And funny too!)

Thanks, Bruce, for the art still life. Is that two words? It is sunny and warm here in Hawaii, about 80 degrees. Aloha, Auntie Charee

Thanks for the bikini bottom art work. I have not seen Sponge Bob for a long time. No kids around here. I will have to pretend I am a kid and see if I can find him on my tv. Mahalo.
