Lauren, this drawing is very life-like. If there is anyone who would know about princesses, determination, and a warrior spirit, it would be you sweetheart! Great job! Love, Grandma

This picture makes me happy! I love the different colors and the music behind. You did a great job shading those bulbs to make them look round and still be opaque enough to still read the music. I swiped it for my screen saver at the office!

Nice work! You're going to have to demonstrate how you made this beautiful snowflake! Maybe this weekend we can make some more lovely snowflakes while it snows! Love you!

Lauren, this is a lovely snowflake! I can't wait until you tell me all the different objects you used to make it. I even like the spattered background that makes it look like your snowflake is just one of thousands falling to the ground. Great job! Love, Grandma

Well Lauren, this is surprising knowing how you don't really care for skulls. But, of course, you Laurenized it with hearts, flowers, pinks & purples. Wow! This skull doesn't look scary at all- I think she wants a big hug. Love you & your art always makes me happy! Love, Grandma

Lauren, I think you are inspired and excited about Halloween. I love the shading around the moon. It looks like the spooky tree is reaching for the moonlight just like it would search for the sun. I keep watching because I know a witch is about to fly right into this scene. Love, Grandma

Lauren, what a beautiful day for a hot air balloon ride- blue sky, bright sun, puffy white clouds. Your balloon looks to be well constructed but I'm not getting aboard. I would be holding on and screaming as we took off for the wild blue yonder. I will just watch your sculpture enjoy the ride safe here at my computer desk. Love you and your fantastic imagination! Love, Grandma

Lauren, it looks like a wonderful day in your picture. Your hot air balloon is very pretty and looks to be well constructed. However, I'm not getting on board. That looks like fun! It looks like it's a nice, calm, spring day. Unlike today! Today you'd need a bigger basket to carry food, water and warmer clothes since you'd blow away in a second! Thanks for this great piece of art that reminds me that not every day is blustery! Love you! Mom
