Ashley, despite the layer challenges you had, the dragon/kangaroos are well-tessellated, with out gaps or overlaps. The bodies contrast well with each other. Sometimes the black horns/ears didn't show up as well against the surrounding background. Adding some details or patterns in the body might help create some interest. One has to be careful at not making it too busy though!
