The sky on this reminds me of the colors & patterns of a mini-dress grandma Joan wore in the late 60s! I love the use of analogous colors to separate the top & bottom, and the movement of the lines in the whole piece. -- Lynzy

This one is a reminder of the ink blot (Rorschach) test! I see spiders perhaps creating a web. It's interesting to see which way the ink will flow and how you can interpret the picture. The underlay of color is beautiful! -- Kara

This piece really stands out for me because of your use of vivid primary colors, just like Mondrian. I enjoy the red and yellow squares enhancing the flames, and the contrasting blue in between. Nice job. -- Kara

Your use of elongated shapes in this piece brings movement to the picture. I liked that you used mixed media, both oil pastels and tempra paint to complete this. And of course the wide-eyed expression on his face is reminiscent of the original! -- Kara

Love the rich blue color you used to contrast with the yellow. I also like how the planets are only in partial view. It draws the viewer in by making them want to see more. Great job! -- Kara
