Mackenzie, I realy enjoyed your latest picture. Your super hero is very much in proportion to the human body and I love the way his cape is swirling like he is in the wind. Wonderful coloring. Keep up the great work.

I actually went to the explanation of this piece of art and was so happy in my heart that this was not only about relief of an object but relief in the sense that you are bringing awareness to the back pack program. I have heard so many stories on the TV about kids. The only meal they had each day was the one they got at school. So many are thrilled to take home food to eat during the weekend. I am sure you took away many thoughtful feelings when you finished this project.

This is one of my favorite of your pieces. It reminds me of a commercial. It is beautifully colored, nice and bright. Excellent job.

I like to use an original picture as a sample to draw from. I love drawing people. Do you like to draw faces? Eyes are my specialty. What is your favorite part to draw?

I was amazed when I saw all your artwork on one page. It was like you were having an art show. I like this piece because it has dementia and shadows. It would look very nice matted and framed. Keep up the great creativity.

Mackenzie, I am so happy to see you working on portraits. I love drawing portraits especially the eyes of a person. I am so proud of you and happy that you share your work with us. I can tell you took a lot of time getting each feature just the way you thought it should be. Sometimes I likebto draw my own interpretation of the character. Keep up the good work and always expess yourself through art. It is a beautiful way to show othets how you view the beauty in the world. Love you.

Mackenzie, I hope you enjoyed your visit to the Sheldon Art Gallery. What is your flower made of? It is quite beautiful. The colors in your picture are some of my favorite. Thank you for sharing your work. I really get excited when a new piece of your art has been added and we get an email.

Kenzie, I really enjoyed your painted skull. You should know all about skulls since you found skulls in the man eating plant in our livingroom and the ones we found on our nature walks. Keep up the good work.

Mackenzie, I love your newest picture. The orange color is my favorite and I love the simplicity of the lines. There appear to be a lot of details even though there really aren't. This is one of my favorite pictures of yours so far. Love You-G-ma

Hey Mackenzie, I love your newest piece of artwork. How did you do this with a sponge? All of the lines are very eye-catching and of course I love, love, LOVE, the colors you chose. I hope you continue doing all kinds of arts this summer. As usual, g-pa and I will be ordering a copy of this piece. You surprise me all the time with your artistic eye!

Mackenzie, I really enjoyed looking at your fish picture. I always enjoyed drawing pictures of fish in the ocean because I could be in the water and not have to hold my breath. Your fish are so perfect they almost look like a stamp. I remember having goldfish that looked just like the ones you drew. It looks like it took you quite some time to draw all of the details. Do you every want to go snorkeling in the ocean? I think that would be so much fun and really beautiful. Love G-ma

What a wonderful "Folks Tales" picture. Everyone looks like they are having so much fun! I especially like the lines coming off the sun, they are squiggley and make me think the sun is really hot! It is good there is a water well so everyone can get a drink if they get thirsty. The picture makes me want to go play with everyone in the picture. Keep up the fantastic art work.

Hi Sweetie, I totally understand color wheels since I am somewhat of an artist too! I've never seen one with pictures. Looks like you have birthday cakes and sneakers from the little picture that I can see. I love color wheels because you can mix to many colors to come up with thousands of other colors. Great job! Looks like you had lots of fun making it. It's a color explosion!

You will have to tell me what a Gothic Parody is on Sunday. Who did you put in the picture? I can't tell if it is you and Carleigh or your mom because you all look alike. I see Under Armor clothing and Wal-Mart. I love the eyes you drew. In the 1970's art work with big eyed children was very popular. We were watching a story about the lady who painted them. Her husband told everyone he painted them and she never got any credit for 40 years until he died. As we were watching the program Grandpa told me that her pictures reminded him of your portraits because we have big eyes too. Another wonderful and fascinating piece of art!

Mackenzie, I have been waiting with great excitement to see your first published art project on artsonia for this year. I love how your card stands up and how you used the purple happy and red paper on it. I am very glad that you enjoy art and like to be creative. I will be looking forward to many more of your projects.

Great job designing your school super hero and thinking about how they are going to help you be a student of character.
