Hi Erin: This is so colorful, was it made using dots? If so, it must have taken a lot of time. The disc below looks like a paint palette, is that what it's supposed to be? This was so creative of you. With love, Grandma W

Hi Erin: This picture is perfect for the season. The snowy mountain peaks make me feel cold but, of course it's winter, so that's how it is. I like seeing the green around the houses because that makes me happier, it tells me Spring is coming. Much Love, Grandmom Wiskemann

Oh Erin, I love this. You're just gettng better and better. I know you want to be a dancer but you could also be an artist at this rate. How did you get those little markings on that nest? The eggs are so true to shape. This doesn't look like it was done by just a little girl, I bet your teacher was pleased and surprised. I'm so proud that I have such an especially talented little granddaughter. Much love, Grandma W

Hi Erin: This piece of art work brightened up my morning! The colors go together real well and the different sizes make it interesting and catch your eye. How do you get such great ideas? Is this supposed to be abstract art? I'm so proud of you, Much love, Your Grandma W.

I love the bright colors!!!! Erin, I don't know how you thought to place the contrasting colors as you did, but this is a really fantastic piece of art!

Hi Erin: Wow! How did you have the patience to do this? It must have taken a long time. The colors go so well together. Did you have help or see something that made you decide to go with this combination. Is anything you design available in a garden flag? Maybe you could ask your teacher. I could put the stuff you made at the end of the driveway where my neighbors could see your artwork. I'm so proud that you're so good. Much love, Grandmom W.

I feel honored that our art room inspired your "drawing with scissors" project. It is certainly a colorful place! You did a great job of balancing your light and dark colors.
Erin, this is amazing! I love how intricate it is!

Wow Erin, how in the world did you make this snowflake so perfect? Did you do this with scissors? It reminds me of something I had seen in a kaleidoscope. It's so beautiful, I love looking at it. Your Grandmom Wiskemann

Hi Erin: I love your bear picture, it reminds me of what your nickname is "Bear-bear". It looks like the bear's out in the cold, which bears actually don't seem to mind. I see texture in the bear's coat and paw prints. Good job ! I'm so proud of you. Much love, Grandmom Wiskemann

Wow Erin, how in the world did you do that? What an explosion of colors. Such preciseness too, looks a little bit like a kaleidoscope. I bet if you could get that to spin around it would be like a melting bunch of colors. I wonder if that would change the colors, blend them together. Reminds me of a pinwheel. You must have worked very hard to get so much detail. Love ya, Your Grandmom Wiskemann

Hi Erin! Is this what you were telling me about last night when we talked on the phone? Wow! I thought I had crazy hair days when my hair sticks up even after I comb it but it's never been all those wild colors. Do you think I should get my hair dyed? I better not, I'd probably scare kicza (kitty). Someone with hair like this wouldn't even need to get dressed up for Halloween, what do you think? Love ya, Grandmom Wiskemann

I am guessing that you like to bake chocolate chip cookies! Nice work, Erin!
I can't believe you made such a beautiful owl out of clay! I have a hard time even forming a ball with clay. I am so proud of you, Erin! Love, Aunt Mary Beth

Hi Erin: I like this because it reminds me of Olaf. I just loved seeing "Frozen" with you and Andrew. Did Olaf have ear muffs? I can't remember. I like the big smile, it makes me happy and want to smile too. Do you think you could draw some Spring flowers next? Guess what Erin, I Love you, Your Grandmom Wiskemann

It'll be so nice after such a snowy winter. I'll be watching for your next piece of art work. Guess what Erin? I love you, Your Grandmom Wiskemann

Hi Erin: I love this! Now I see what you meant when we talked on the phone tonight. This is your ordinary heart drawing. It has style and a special design. I'm so proud of you. I'll be wearing your mittens drawing on my heart necklace when I come down for your birthday party. Love ya, Your Grandmom Wiskemann

Hi Erin: I was talking to mommy the other day and she tells me that the song about warm woolen mittens really isn't from Mary Poppins but it's from Sound of Music with Julie Andrews in it also. Sorry about that. I can't wait to get the necklace with your mittens on it that I ordered a little while ago. I also ordered Andrew's Snow Globe to put into the locket too. Keep drawing your beautiful pictures. Guess what Erin? I love you. Grandmom Wiskemann

Hi Erin: Your drawing reminds me of one of my favorite things, warm woolen mittens. You'll have to watch Mary Poppins to hear her sing a song about that. The colors you chose are so pretty. Guess what Erin? I love you, Grandmom Wiskemann

Hi Erin: I love this piece of art work. You know what it reminds me of? A stained glass window. I'm still deciding but I think I'm going to order your snowman picture to use as Christmas cards. I'm so happy that I can look at what you draw this way. Keep up the good work.
