I first noticed the combination of both wood and yarn as they compliment each other to display to the viewer this artist's creative talents. The use of different yarn colours in this art piece add to it's intricacy. That intricate use of the three string colours display to many football fans colour choices they may quickly recognize. Have you noticed the similarity of the colours that is worn by a favorite football team of many people. This young artist utilizes a unique way to combine the two materials, the yarns, and the dowel stick, to treat the viewer to a lively display. A display of his understanding of art expression that his art teacher has emphasized to her students. -- Granday
