You made a cool tessellation! It has really good choice colors and it looks nice slanted. I would suggest a change in some of the ways you displayed the birds. The tales of the birds are interesting , great idea! -- Alaina

Carrie, your artist statement is quite detailed and includes helpful information about your transformed shape, strengths/weaknesses and tools you learned to use in Pixlr. The amount of times you tessellated the cawiks is quite impressive and creates a whole new effect. Overall, the two different colored birds are easily seen, complemented by the softer gradients in the background. A bit more variation in the brush type or lines might create additional interest. Excellent work overall!

Carrie, I really love the cube you created. One side reminds me of some flowers, while the other sides remind me of the way waves move the sand around when they crash against the sand. I am looking forward to some more creations. -- Grampy
