In this tessellation I like the different colors in the background, like black, volt green, teal green and teal blue. Instead of just a few different colors. I would make all the human fishes different colors. Another suggestion is to make more detail in the fishes. Maybe add scales fins or a mouth.

Awesome job Aiden, but I can’t really tell if they are fish or not. You could change this by not putting the same color fish next to each other

Aiden, your fishy shapes tessellate well without gaps. Continuing the tessellation even as the shapes start going off the page actually helps create an overall design. You have colored your fishy shapes with some bold, contrasting colors. To help ensure that we see the individual shapes well, consider putting contrasting colored fish next to each other - for example a black next to a green next to a blue. You have learned a lot with this math/art activity.
