Making this must help you appreciate how hard working with clay can be! Nice job. Have you used it for hot chocolate yet to see if it leaks??? If it does, you can use it on your desk to hold pencils. Love, Grandma W.

I think it is cool Bud. I know you had a few specific colors - and those colors only - in mind but I like how it turned out. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Very colorful, although I would have liked it better if it was the Pistons! I'll be paying particular attention to D'Angelo when the Lakers play the Pistons on Dec. 5. I'll be hoping he does well, but that the Pistons win!

I can imagine it would have been hard to follow the directions for this project. Is it a series of many folds like origami? I have tried that, but it can be frustrating to do! In one place they are called SWEET cranes, and in another they are called PEACE cranes. Which is it, and why are they called that? Love, Grandma W.

I enjoyed seeing your first creation of 6th grade. Nice idea to split the letters of your name into two different colors. I never would have thought to do that. I also like that you commented on your work. I don't think Joe ever made a comment, and sometimes I would like to have known what his assignment was. The only thing I think you forgot was a Spartan S and a tennis racket! Nice job! Love, Grandma W.
