When I first saw this collage/sculpture, I wanted to see it in real life. Surely it's whimsical structure is even more delightful in 3D!

Hmmm.....still puzzling over THIS one......a horse shoe-like item of randomness.

The white, fuzzy strip at the bottom is the perfect accent and foundation to the pattern of stripes in this weaving. It looks as if it's dancing, its little white tutu bouncing along.

I imagine Atlas behind the triangular cone on the base, holding up the teetering globe. I love how the entire background is green: a rich, grass green, calling to mind the green growth on planet Earth.

As I recall, this was your very first entry, and I confess it is still my favorite. The compositions, with brilliant colors in a roughly hewn circular pattern around the dark monolith in the center truly evokes the "Big Bang" image of a dense black hole exploding into light and matter!

This immediately calls to mind a flock of birds! But that may not be at ALL what you intended! I love the colors, and the repetition of patterns with variations.

This drawing, or illustration, has a cartoon like quality because of the ballon comments and exclamations. But the overall impact is much more intriguing, especially because the "confronting stereotypes" subject is provocative. I have many questions for you about this drawing!

Wow! I had to look up "Notan" and now know it takes a lot of work and imagination! I have an idea in my own mind of what the figure represents - I'd like to hear from the artist about what he is portraying.

I love this montage of designs! The green one resembles an upside down F Clef: the bass clef in music. You probably didn't intend that, but I think it's a pretty cool unintended reference!

Lukas, Grandpa and I love your fabulous artwork: so colorful and dynamic! It's wonderful that your creations have been displayed so we can see them. We have magnets and cups, and this summer, you'll see Grandpa wearing his "Big Hot" T-shirt! Love, Grandma Karen
